I would like to recognize Rachel because she is tireless in her efforts to make our team operate as a well oiled machine. As the manager of New Business and Client Service, she has so many moving parts each day, endless tasks to define and puzzles to solve.

Her team and everyone else in the company go to her with new otherwise unsolvable dilemmas all day, every day and she is willing to find the answers. She does more than organize her team, she solves problems and answers complex questions every day all day to make us all feel supported and able to serve the clients needs.

Rachel really keeps the heart of our company beating and is always patient. Just don't knock if her door sign says - closed. She just may need to take a minute alone to exhale! Thank you Rachel!
